At our medical clinic, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Because every patient’s situation is unique, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that, by law, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed. However, if you are unhappy with your experience or feel that a product did not work as expected, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. Our leadership team will personally review your case to understand what went wrong and determine the best way to make it right.
